In light of increasing awareness regarding the detrimental effects of toxic masculinity and patriarchal systems, these issues have become prominent topics in our conversations. As societal attitudes evolve, some individuals cling to outdated stereotypes, further exacerbating tensions and confusion, while others find themselves unsure of how to navigate this cultural shift effectively.

Consequently, many men may feel overwhelmed, grappling with the fear of inadvertently offending others, uncertain about how to channel their ambitions and strengths constructively, and contending with the conflicting messages of a highly sexualized culture

However, amidst these challenges, there is hope for men seeking clarity and resilience in today's complex landscape.

We are pleased to announce an upcoming event featuring Jon Tyson, who will offer invaluable insights and strategies for confronting the shadows and temptations that confront modern men. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain tools to embrace masculinity as a divine blessing, rather than a burden to be resisted.

All participants will receive a copy of the book "Fighting Shadows: Overcoming 7 Lies That Keep Men From Becoming Fully Alive" authored by Jon Tyson and Jefferson Bethke.

Jon will share key strategies for fighting the temptations and shadows that men face today, as well as insights on how to embrace masculinity as a God-given gift, not a curse to be battled.

A powerful call to men everywhere: it's time to step into the light of Jesus' vision for you as a man.

• A great opportunity to hang out with the guys and bring friends! 

• Time to respond in worship and then in fellowship around fire pits after the event.

Cost

$16 covers the book at a discounted rate. There is an option to register for a meet-and-greet dinner at 6PM ($10).
